Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, Please fill out an RMA request to have your order returned. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.

Gamma customers must obtain a Return Authorization# before attempting to return any merchandise to Gamma. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

RAX will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA#\'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
